Mori was born out of my love for Japan and its culture, close to nature. After a master's degree in environment, I followed my heat and started to work in restaurants. I became vegan and started to make my Japanese mother's recipes without any anim. Thus was born Mori Café, a place that takes you on a journey to Japan through your 5 senses.
