Mori was born out of my love for Japan and its culture, close to nature. Following a master's degree in environment, I reoriented myself in what really fascinates me, cooking. By becoming vegan, I started to revisit my Japanese mother's recipes. Thus was born Mori Café, a place that takes you on a journey to Japan through your 5 senses.
